Very hot and humid in Paris today.
We spent most of the day trying to hide from the sun.
We went back to take a closer look at the Grand Palais and the Petit
Palais that we walked past on our first night.

Then it was time to get to the Eurostar station to get back to
London. We are somewhat concerned about
the weather over the next couple of days.
First there’s a heat wave getting worse tomorrow here and then on
Saturday torrential downpours and possible flooding is scheduled in the
Midland, which, of course, is where we’re going.
Yesterday we started salivating at the thought of fish and chips again so, first thing ---
Sending love R/P
